I am a nutritional biologist, specialized in the sports sector, I am part of the health staff of the national football players and I collaborate with various professional societies for the nutrigenetics part, therefore going to evaluate the genetic makeup of the different players, useful in preventing injuries and to the increase in performance.
I also collaborate as a speaker for various magazines as "sport Manager" and "il punto magazine" and as a guest for the scientific broadcast "When there is health" of channel 21.
Creator of the carbonomic diet, a sort of body recomposition based on 3 step (metabolic, ketogenic, carbocyclic reactivation) which has as initial screening the genetic test for the evaluation of carbohydrate and fat metabolism, oxidative stress, accumulation of heavy metals and evaluation of the type of muscle fiber.
My training began in 2011 with a degree in Biomedical laboratory technician at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Rome and in parallel with the achievement of various certificates as a personal trainer fif, posturologist, professional masseur.
I continue my studies by graduating in human nutrition sciences at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and subsequently passing the state exam as a biologist.
